Public sculpture is part of a developer’s contribution to the community through a Section 106 (or now C.I.L.) agreement for new housing.

This radical process saw not just the creation of a new work occurring on site in Highwood Village over a long period and remaining for perpetuity, but a programme engaging with the local community through 360 hours; 60 identified days over 8 months.
